Here's a very small blurb with my own work called Succubus: "Executioners are not allowed to fall in love. This rule has been drilled into Christian's head for as long as he can remember; despite this, he still ends up getting closer to his target than he ever should have."

I'm going through the last feedback on SPINNERS of MISFORTUNE, the second book in my Empty Altars series. When the Norse god, Tyr, stands up Diana, Greek goddess of the hunt and magic, she goes to confront him and finds him chest-deep, literally, in trouble. A coven of spinners are casting their spells to attack the old gods' worlds, and once again, Tyr needs Diana's help to protect them.

Hi, I just completed making the changes in the first book I published "What Lies Within Dark Secrets" after a professional editor took a pen to it. I am now correcting the second book in that series and hope to rerelease by end of June. My editor is working on the latest book I wrote "The Second Chance" and early reviews are promising. I plan to submit this book to publishers and agents to see if I get any nibbles.

Concept of my book:
What happens when two women who lead completely different lives, die at the same time and the doctors are only able to save one body. What happens when the woman wakes, only to find her soul now occupies the other woman's body?

Cuffs. Its an urban, erotic novel set in Sydney's criminal underbelly. A full manuscript has been requested by a prominent publisher, different to the group that released my current book Doctors Beyond Borders. Am really excited about Cuffs and can't wait to hear back from the publisher. Fingers crossed all goes well. :)

Presently I'm still working on my fantasy NaNo 2013 novel. I knew when I started it, it was going to be more than 50,000 words, and at the end of November, I had around 50,021; Today it's over 110,000.
Around the first of the year I had to take a short break to get my horror novel, Friends in Dark Corners edited and published.
But now that it's spring I'm fighting the fever. Yesterday I didn't get a single word wrote, I planted my garden.

Here is a little sample:
“I’m joking, my queen,” he laughed. “Marcus would kill me if anything happened to you under my watch. So what did the rat do?”
“He is not a rat. He’s an asshole.”
“I don’t understand. How can he be an ass in a hole?”
I started to laugh and it felt really good. “Not an ass in a hole, an asshole,” I laughed.
“What is an asshole?” Gorm chuckled.
The horse timed it perfectly, and lifted its tail. “That is an asshole,” I giggled pointing at it.
The entire wagon started to move as Gorm laughed. “That is Lucan alright,” he wailed.

I'm working on a romantic suspense novel titled "Love's Sweet Sorrow." Love and faith are tested when Jason, a VP of America's largest armaments company and Ariel, his Quaker girlfriend, are caught up in plot to expose smugglers of weapons to terrorists.

The killings and kidnappings force them to examine their long-held and often opposing convictions and question whether they are truly meant to be together.

I just finished my Tower of Tears, a historical fiction of an Irish immigrant who comes to Philadelphia in 1820. I just doing some final proofreading and it will be ready this week for print.

I am also working on Newborn Nazi... its a story of a family whose son is forcibly taken into the Hitler youth camps, and the older sister retaliates by hiding/helping jews escape.

Currently, I am working on a thriller titled: The Paynes Prairie Murders. Here's what it's about: There is a serial killer on the loose. Women have been disappearing for years in the two states he resides in. How many murders has he committed? It’s up to officers Peter Michaels and Dave Weston of the Ocala, Florida police department to figure that out. They will need to enlist the help of New York Detective Jacob Mason to find out as much as they can about this man and his many victims. Will they catch him before he does it again? Can they break him into telling them just what he has done?

That's sounds like a good book! I'm writing a book as we'll about how this girl falls in love with her best friend. I then ,make her life more complicated by her parents get into car accident and her dad dies and then the mother goes into the hospital. Then her dog that means everything dies of a terrible disease. Then she moves in with her real mother and then her mother goes back to jail. Her life is full of suprises and her hope level goes down as everyone she loves dies. The book is called the one left behind.

Richard, "Love's Sweet Sorrow" sounds like a great novel. I also write romantic suspense and just finished a manuscript set in the Black Hills of South Dakota with a rancher and a female Afghan War veteran. I am currently doing the rewrite (FUN LOL) and hope to have it to my publisher - Black Lyon Publishing by June. It is set around Christmas time, frame with a blizzard bearing down on the mid west. I appreciated your discussion on your website as to how you came up with a female Quaker character for "Love's Sweet Sorrow". We all do things a little different but seeing how someone else does it can always open up interesting new doors. Best of Luck - Rory

I am working on a collection of short stories. The working title is "Pickled Bananas and other Schwartz Stories". Besides pickled bananas, there is a talking lobster key chain, giant bobble heads, a mad scientist, and a chocolate sombrero.

I've finished all the stories and I'm half way through the first round of editing. My goal is to release it later this year.

I finished a YA Horror Fantasy weekly web serial here on Goodreads here recently that I wrote for fun and for others to read and enjoy so its free to read called the AbyssFantastical which I wrote a chapter a week since the end of February to a couple of days ago. These sound a lot like comedy stories. I'd actually enjoy reading them, me thinks. This world doesn't have enough laughs anymore.

Thanks, Brandon. My fiction does have comedy, but I consider my writing style more "absurd fiction", even though that isn't one of the categories on any of the ebook distributors. Regardless, I think most people would enjoy my lighter side of fiction-fantasy. :)

I'm currently editing my second novel, Retribution Darkened, which should hopefully be published by September this year, and writing the last of the trilogy, Dark Child. Once that one is done I will make a start on my next project, Dead Eyes Still See, a supernatural thriller.

Just recently finished the second book in my "Judes Marlen" trilogy for Darkstar Steam - it will be called "The Grayleaves Treason". I also finished the first of series of short stories set in the same world featuring a character from my first novel. I started work on the trilogy's conclusion earlier last week.
