I-Lanaa Twine | 5 comments Hello everyone,
My name is I-Lanaa Twine, and I am very new to the whole goodreads scene! I am looking for beta-readers for my very first full-length novel. Since I'm new to all of this, I'm looking for as much feedback as possible. My novel is 140,000 words, available in PDF format, and I can provide a blurb below. I don't really have a deadline, but it would be nice to have it back before the end of June. This is all very exciting, and if you're interested, let me know :o). Thanks again.

Delilah Simpson was your typical high school loner. Dressed in liquid eyeliner, oversized headphones and anything black, she kept to herself, got B’s and C’s, and never spoke up or stood out. She had a shortage of both suitors and companions, and with her dad’s job constantly relocating, she was always gone before anyone even noticed she had arrived…
But Delilah’s got a secret. Actually, it would seem she has quite a few. Secret number one...her mother wasn’t killed in a plane crash, she was kidnapped. Secret number two…her father isn’t so much of a travelling salesman, as he is a fugitive. Secret number three…her name isn’t really Delilah, and she isn’t so ordinary, after all.
But the biggest secret, was the one that changed everything. For there are things hidden amongst us. Things so terrible. Things so wonderful. You couldn’t conceive them in your wildest dreams.
Swept up in a world of magic and danger, she has learned to say and do whatever it takes to survive. To conquer all that cross her path. Until one day she encounters a force so powerful, she cannot escape it.
Derrick Harris is brilliant and beautiful, and he may be the best thing that has ever happened to her. It is very possible, that he might also be the worst.

Jennifer Jasper (jenniferhjasper) It sounds interesting & mysterious. I currently work as the circulation clerk in a rural library, and YA my personal most frequently read genre. My email is haywireboxers@yahoo.com I would love to give it a shot, and hopefully could get you feed back by the end of June.

Thank you so much Jennifer. I really appreciate it. Gosh, working at a library must be a dream come true. I would die and go to heaven. Lol. Actually, I would probably try to check out every book in one section and not get any sleep for a week! I will email you a pdf. Thanks again.

Cate (litlumos) | 1 comments The book sounds very interesting and I would love to give it a read. I'm a big fan of YA and I'm a pretty steady Beta Reader. I could certainly get a review back to you by the end of June. My email is litlumos10@gmail.com. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Cate. That would be great! I will email you now and just let me know if you have any problems receiving it. Thanks a lot.

Jennifer Jasper (jenniferhjasper) I received the file. And... that's what I thought (about the library), but alas, I don't get to read at work. It truly is sad to stare at books all day and then have such limited reading time at home. Thanks again for the beta read, I should be able to start it soon.

I-Lanaa Twine | 5 comments Hey Jannelle,
Yes, I am still looking for beta readers. I do enjoy other genres, but isn't YA the best? I will email you a PDF and hopefully you'll find the rest of the story just as interesting. Thanks again :-)
