I haven't read any of those yet. I was here is on my list to read! I honestly have no clue. Most of the series I have, I've read. I have some standalones/ contemporary : The Sky Is Everywhere , Me and Earl and the Dying Girl

What mood are we going for? if we want a light, fluffy first read, I'd go for a Kasie West book (love her). In my opinion she's up there with Sarah Dessen. or a darker read for Dearly Beloved(two book series).
But in my opinion, I think a light, easy, stand alone is a good first book. :)

I've read both the sky is everywhere and me and earl, honestly didn't enjoy any of those :(

I actually found some of her books at my local Ollie's store. They were only about 3 dollars a piece.

Sadly I don't live in america, her books aren't available in my country, I can only order them on amazon which takes about 2-3 weeks to deliver

Would anyone be interested in reading Throne of Glass? I have yet to start the series and I really am trying to avoid all of the spoilers that are happening all over my Goodreads because of Empire of Storms coming out recently.

I only ever read one book of his - Dear John. I don't know, I found his characters problematic and selfish. Insta love is his thing, which I honestly hate :D they fell in love two days after meeting each other, and two more days later they were talking about marriage :D girl has to be a virgin, guy has to be a 'bad guy' to keep her safe, I find it really degrading to women. Throne of glass, on the other hand, has a really badass female character ^_^

Honestly any mood is fine. Haha. I haven't read anything by Sarah Dessen yet. I'll look through her books
