I am glad they are often such lengthy books, for the sake of our game. And I am glad you are such a quick reader.

Anyone have a clue what the revealed portion could be? I haven't figured it out yet, but it's looking really rich in tone and color and quite beautiful. We'll see if it stays that way once more is uncovered.
It's "The Last" something, for sure. Anyone have a clue what it might be? Does it have the feel of any particular author for you?
Only ten puzzles left! We are still ahead right now, but things will surely move fast again, as the teams are still so close together. Keep up the great reading. We are doing really well!
Hi ladies! I have been out of town and away from the internet for the last few days. I have looked at the latest cover and do not know what that is either. Hopefully I will have another book or two done in the next couple of days to help with piece removal. :)
Okay, competition update:Team one has solved 13 puzzles. Getting close on #14.
Team two has solved 12.
We have solved 15. We're in the lead, friends! Keep pluggin!
Thanks for the update, Amber! I got cruising on my book today. Hoping to finish it tomorrow. And two books came in for interlibrary loan! Squeezing both of those in around editing, tutoring, and writing is going to be tricky, but I'm aiming high.Happy reading, Musketeers!
Hey Musketeers! How was your weekend? Do anything special?I did a little Christmas shopping. Fun times.
I'm trying to read two books this week. We'll see how that works out with my job obligations. Seems my schedule only gets busier.
We have letters! Let's see if we can get some books read by Wednesday to flesh out those words. Happy reading, Musketeers!
I have two books to post - was just waiting for the requested puzzle pieces to be revealed to make sure where I want to request ☺
I think I found the cover! If I did, Amber, do you still want #48, or would you like a different number?
No letters yet, ladies. Guess we'll have to keep hunting. Unless someone has an idea as to which cover this is...?I read a couple of chapters this morning and think I'll get another two or three this evening, but that won't put me as close to finishing this book as I hoped.
Anyone else close to being able to post another review or two? Happy reading!
Well, I'm stumped. Any idea of the tone of the cover? Seem familiar to a particular author's line of books?
I think I found the cover! When I saw "lod" at the bottom, I thought, "Maybe it's 'Melody Carlson.'" And that cover looked like it might be it when I saw it in the list of books she'd written. :)We just might be snagging one of the last two puzzles to solve!
Can you believe our game is almost finished???
Way to go, Andrea! We're getting close...
Sorry to be lagging behind in reading. This past week I hardly had any time at all. Hoping to catch up this week. I'm about 80% done with a book and I think I can finish it in the next day or so.
Amber, don't even worry about it. It's been a slow week for me too. I've read around five or six books this week, but only two of those were over 100 pages and able to be used for this game.Sooo glad this is a team sport, because each of us has had to rely on the others at some point or other through the process, whether it be for reading or figuring out the puzzles with the revealed pieces.
Isn't that just like life? No one person can do life alone. It takes a community of folks to get us all through, and I think God designed it that way. His genius is beyond compare.
