Sarita | 1386 comments Hi All, I'm back from a week's break last week. Will catch up soon with this challenge!

message 157: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Hope your break was refreshing!

Sarita | 1386 comments Andrea wrote: "Hope your break was refreshing!"

Yes just too short. We went to Namibia, getaway to nature, so was fun seeing the Lions, Elephants, Rhino's etc.

Back to reality now.

message 159: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Sounds like a fun trip. Glad you had a good time. ☺

message 160: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments I think the letters revealed on the current might be "MIKE"?

message 161: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments My thoughts too. Maybe we should try to find the author (or title, if MIKE is the author). It may be difficult to find the cover off just that one word.

message 162: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments I think it is this one Centralia by Mike Dellosso

I'm going to make the guess.

message 163: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Wow! How in the world did you find that one??? Nice job!

message 164: by Brittany (new)

Brittany | 1038 comments Great job, Sarita!

message 165: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Sarita, would you like to choose the next puzzle number?

message 166: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments Yes thanks - will post now

message 167: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments @Andrea - I know about the author Mike Dellosso so thought might be one of his. Just a very luck guess

message 168: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Awesome! So glad you thought of him. :)

Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ (wolffaerie17) | 337 comments I just posted a book for the new puzzle

message 170: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Great job, Angie!

message 171: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments How's the reading going this week? I'm making progress on two of the three I'm reading. Hoping to hit that third one hard this weekend. #research

message 172: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments My reading this week is going a bit slower than I anticipated. We are in the process of buying a house and had to do some admin on that.

Plus I'm 22 weeks pregnant and finding myself googling baby things and baby names ☺

Planning on getting an hour of reading in today during lunch.

message 173: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Congratulations!!! On both the new house and the baby. ☺ I can't blame you you for being distracted; I would be as well in those circumstances. Hope eveything goes smoothly for you, with a hassle-free purchase and easy delivery.

message 174: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments Thanks Andrea

message 175: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Is anyone else trying to read through some of their to-review books?

I've managed to squeeze in a couple of those so far. Others have been research books and then books for other challenges (such as suspense for this month). I'm glad to start working through some of those review books that have piled up in my Kindle.

message 176: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Brittany guessed the correct cover! So I put in for #32 as our next puzzle. All new books will go toward that one. Hopefully we can get some pieces uncovered tomorrow (since it's an update day) so we can try to find the cover over the weekend.

Happy reading!

Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ (wolffaerie17) | 337 comments I've been reading many read to reviews for my books. Posted another book too.

message 178: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments And the way you blaze through the books... Girl, I don't know how you do it! Glad you're on my team, that's for sure.

message 179: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Brittany, you must be reading my mind! I was wondering if skipping over that far would be helpful since it looks like an M for that letter. Great minds think alike. ☺

message 180: by Brittany (new)

Brittany | 1038 comments That's funny! I thought it would open it up to a new letter or two. :)

message 181: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments It'd be great if one of us could recognize/find the cover off of just those three revealed pieces. Cruising right along...

Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ (wolffaerie17) | 337 comments I posted a book.

Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ (wolffaerie17) | 337 comments I posted a book.

message 184: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Yay!

message 185: by Amber (new)

Amber Lemus (amberschamel) | 72 comments Do ya'll think it's a medical thriller? Maybe one of the Mabry books?

message 186: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments I'm not sure... Maybe once we get our puzzle updated we'll be able to tell more.

Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ (wolffaerie17) | 337 comments I posted another book

message 188: by Brittany (new)

Brittany | 1038 comments I posted a guess. It's a nonfiction book that someone actually gave to me a couple of years ago.

message 189: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Awesome! I wasn't sure where to guess next on pieces, so having a new puzzle will be great.

message 190: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Bummer. I was really hoping there'd be a letter or three in that corner. :(

Keep up the quick reading, Musketeers! The other two teams just solved a puzzle each. We're in a good rhythm now, so I'm hoping we can keep that going. We can do it!

message 191: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Do you think the author's name might be near the bottom?

message 192: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments Seems like you found it, or some letter :-)

message 193: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Yeah. Looks loke CO to me. I thought maybe Colleen Coble, but none of her covers look right for the pieces we have right now. Any ideas?

message 194: by Andrea (last edited Oct 12, 2016 03:17PM) (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Great find, Amber! As soon as I saw it was COP, I thought of Ms. Copeland. Cannot believe I didn't think of her when it was just CO!

message 195: by Sarita (new)

Sarita | 1386 comments Great job Amber and great tile selection Andrea :-)

message 196: by Amber (new)

Amber Lemus (amberschamel) | 72 comments Great work, ladies! We're onto the next one!
Any speculation on that one yet?

message 197: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Not really. You?

message 198: by Andrea (new)

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 4741 comments Does that look like "TEPHANI" and "HARD"? Maybe Stephanie or Stephania and Richard? What do y'all think?

I should finish another book sometime Friday. How is your reading coming? Any books surprised you as especially good so far?

Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ (wolffaerie17) | 337 comments I just posted a book

message 200: by Amber (new)

Amber Lemus (amberschamel) | 72 comments I just made a guess. Pretty sure it's Stranded by Don and Stephanie Pritchard.

I finished a novella by Jen Turano and loved it!

Now I'm working on a mystery book, Rules of Murder by Julianna Deering. So far, I must admit I'm a little put off by the apparent lifestyles of the main characters. References to drinking, partying and immorality by the main characters is not what I expected from a Bethany House book. Hoping it gets better. Thus far I can't tell it is supposed to be a Christian book.
