SOLVED: Book is by Lauren Dane and is called Making Chase

I read this book about a year ago, it has 3 sisters ( I think) who own a hair salon, every morning they watch a hunk go to work everyday across from there store. One day one of the sisters is sitting out on the bench eating her lunch and he sits down and talks to her. Everyday after that they meet and have lunch, fall in love and get together. I think it's a series BUT I don't think it's a YA book. It may be a shape shifter book but I can't remember sorry.
