I am guessing each book was initially entered with author name as shown on cover (lets say M.A. ... on first book entered) and author page was created at that time with that format. When a subsequent book with a more complete authors name is added should the book include only that or also the initial version? Does the authors page get changed to the more complete version? Do you then go back to all other books by that author and add the complete version as an alternate?
This could be explained better in the manual. Thanks
