thus sounds farther than it really is (around 90 pages)
I can't help but wonder how this book will translate as an audio book because it's bits if email/chats between 2 female co-workers
and the male "security" guy reading it
you will have to let me know!!
but omg so far it's adorable!!! I love Beth and jenn
and I like the way/style its written!!

OMG (view spoiler)
BUT Yikes....(view spoiler)
and that (view spoiler)
wow, I love this so far!! it's awesome!

Can you please check what page maple syrup appears on? It's at the beginning of chapter 2.
The audiobook is one reader, female. It is good, the emails are enjoyable and her reading the Lincoln parts doesn't feel weird. At the beginning of the email chapters the reader reads the full email addresses and subject. Each subsequent email she just says "Beth to Jennifer" or "Jennifer to Beth". In the book are the full emails listed above every email exchange or are they only listed at the beginning of the chapter?
I really like the cast of characters and how the book is taking its time introducing us to everyone. I have a feeling this will be one of those books with a really rich cast but I can't wait for the story to go further.

maple syrup is on page 5
Each chapter just stars with the day and info, then it goes
beth to Jennifer
Jennifer to beth
just like your audio!
Yay! Keep me updated on what you read tomorrow!! I can't wait to see what you think!
I haven't read any more :) I'll pick it back up tomorrow

Sorry I am moving so slowly. Haven't had much audiobook time recently.

No worries, I'm just glad you are enjoying it!! :)

having one female reader for this one is okay but I guess I was anticipating more from the production quality of the other two.

I really love the audio books where they have full sound effects!
Man...yeah, I can see how that would throw you off.
I really hope you keep loving the story (despite the lack of great reading!) I really loved this one!

Such a cute book. I loved the ending and I loved the way it was written. I also love that it was set a little bit in the past instead of present day.
The reader grew on me through the book but I still think the production of Rowell's other two audio books was better.

I agree, the setting of it being just before 2000 was a perfect addition to it. and having some guy read all the emails.
ugh, I loved it! I'm so glad you did
:) I love that his mom hated that she loved her! ha! his mom cracked me up in the last chapter
