okay I'm 20 chapters

thus sounds farther than it really is (around 90 pages)

I can't help but wonder how this book will translate as an audio book because it's bits if email/chats between 2 female co-workers

and the male "security" guy reading it

but omg so far it's adorable!!! I love Beth and jenn

and I like the way/style its written!!

I stopped at the end of chapter 8. Had to postpone our fishing/hiking excursion until tomorrow so I didn't have much audiobook time today. I should be able to make it to chapter 45 or further tomorrow.

Can you please check what page maple syrup appears on? It's at the beginning of chapter 2.

The audiobook is one reader, female. It is good, the emails are enjoyable and her reading the Lincoln parts doesn't feel weird. At the beginning of the email chapters the reader reads the full email addresses and subject. Each subsequent email she just says "Beth to Jennifer" or "Jennifer to Beth". In the book are the full emails listed above every email exchange or are they only listed at the beginning of the chapter?

I really like the cast of characters and how the book is taking its time introducing us to everyone. I have a feeling this will be one of those books with a really rich cast but I can't wait for the story to go further.

I just finished chapter 31. Really liking it so far. I love Rainbow Rowell but this reader isn't as good as the reader for her other two books.

Sorry I am moving so slowly. Haven't had much audiobook time recently.

ugh ,sorry the reader isn't so good. a reader can really make or break a story. I hope it gets better!!

she is a good reader, she really is. but the main reader for fangirl also read for eleanor in eleanor and park and she was fabulous. also with both books there was a secondary reader who did the park or fanfic parts. It spoiled me.
having one female reader for this one is okay but I guess I was anticipating more from the production quality of the other two.

Such a cute book. I loved the ending and I loved the way it was written. I also love that it was set a little bit in the past instead of present day.

The reader grew on me through the book but I still think the production of Rowell's other two audio books was better.
