Hello! I am a library assistant who is looking for a title from a very vague description given by patron. For context, the patron is trying to find the item for her 99 year old relative which could mean it's an older item or a classic.

All the relative can recall is that "It's about two teenagers that get lost in some sort of forest and are saved by an Indian man who leads them out."

Any leads would be great! I know it's not a lot to work with, but if it tickles your brain then I'd love to hear it.
