I have reviewed this edition of Tender is the Night (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...#) however my review doesn't show on the other editions. Have I done something wrong?

Hi Vanya,I've refreshed the book stats if that is where you are looking as they can take few days to update. But if you are looking in the community reviews section you won't see your review there until you use the filter (It's located just after the FAQ section where it says Community reviews) . It is not a bug but just the way GR displays reviews. If you still don't see your review after using the filters I suggest that you report it here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...
P.S. Reviews are NOT displayed by date rated, there is a complicated algorithm (as for everything else around here) so your review wont be on top. When I filter by two-stars reviews yours is N9.

Oh I forgot to mention. You may not see your review (as that would duplicative, you can see it in your own review section) but others will without the use of the filter.
