Book ID problems preventing giveaway

I'm trying to do a print giveaway and there is an issue with the ISBN number. My publisher is Harlequin and this has been a problem before since they recycle ISBN numbers. Can this be corrected so I can do a giveaway? Many thanks! https://www.goodreads.com/giveaway/ne...#
