The same thing happened to me on Audible and it turned out that one, I was logged into my husband's account and two, I was in the UK version and not US. Maybe something similar happened? If you can't get to the bottom of it call customer service.

I've seen the thing you've talked about with GR where ratings and "to-reads" disappear, but they usually return when I come back later...have no idea why, but since they don't actually disappear, I haven't been concerned about it.

I've never had an issue with Amazon at all. I actually think even the rankings are pretty accurate at all times. On the other hand, Goodreads caches only once every 48 hours (if I'm not mistaken) so new stuff may not show up for a couple days.

Another weird thing that happens on GR is a few times a week, my ratings and rankings falsely inflate to double the actual number. Like right now, if you click on my author profile, the number of ratings is waaay more than I actually have. But if you click on the actual book, it's correct. Sooo...

I dunno haha!
