Anyone Use Buffer or Hootsuite?

I use Hootsuite, but only the free version. I find it's suitable for what I'm after, which is really just the scheduling of different tweets, etc.
I also use Buffer and I absolutely love it. It made social media fun for me (kind of weird to explain, but there it is). It's also a valuable time saver, which is also important! I tried Hootsuite, but found the interface very clunky and couldn't get into it. Buffer's lean/minimalist approach really appeals to me.

Totally agree! And I wasn't a fan of Hootsuite either and don't get why Youtube is on there as I don't consider it to be a part of social media. But yeah Buffer is great.

I've practically become an ambassador to buffer on Twitter. Aside from scheduling tweets I created a list for buffer users, partake in occasional chats involving the hashtag and apparently people have noticed and have placed me in numerous Twitter Lists about it. Does it do anything for me? Not really but it's nice to see people seeing me as an important contributor to buffer.
Buffer is awesome. I encouraged them to follow me on Twitter and they did! I'm always recommending them and I schedule posts on there when I can't be home or am too busy to do so.
I'm also about to get active on hootsuite so watch out world!

I've used both and have switched to Buffer. Buffer seems more intuitive to me. Scheduling tweets a week at a time also is a plus...
Just started using Hootsuite. I'm going to enjoy using it because I need to get into the rhythm of scheduling posts.
I've used both for work. Buffer is a great help, but I prefer Hootsuite for personal stuff (because I'm cheap and their free version still has lots of functionality). One thing to add to this topic: Scheduling posts is great, but make sure you spend a little time with real-time conversations. It makes the difference between a 'bot' and a person.

Do you use either of the social media apps and how have you found them to be in the process of your scheduling?
