ABANDONED. Girl who went to summer classes; last name is Clarke, first name starts with M; owns a ferret; has Bluetooth to her phone; is kidnapped

Okay so I don't remember much about this book but I read it in 2010/11 ish.

First of all I know the main character's name starts with M and her last name is Clarke. She has 2 siblings whose initials are also M.C. She mentions at one point that it is M.C's birthday, meaning her brother.

She owns a ferret and uses her Bluetooth. At the beginning of the story, she is forced to go to summer school/class in science where she learns to blow things up.

Later on she is kidnapped and she loses her ferret. She's stuck in a relatively empty room and she guesses that the bad guys threw her phone into the bushes so she tried using her Bluetooth to call for help. Then she escapes by finding the same stuff she used in her summer class to blow up the door.

I know it isn't much but I hope someone could help me remember what this book is called. It's been very frustrating not knowing.
