Need Help Finding bwwm book

the book is about a black women who lives by herself but works in her fathers restaurant. a white man moves in next door(the house belongs to a mutual friend of theirs. the man was retired from the marines or army. the women is sad because she is a 30 year old virgin that has never been kissed. the kinda of butt heads mostly because the man finds her annoying and she keeps parking her trailer in front of his house. the women is also an aspiring designer. they get to know each other and soon develop a friendship and sexual relationship. one day while at a bar she see him with a bunch of his friends she goes to say hello but he completely ignores her. she is left hurt and humiliated. the relationship is over. one night there was a bad snow storm and gets stranded on a back road and he comes to save her and from then on they work on building their relationship.
thats all i remember and i hope someone can help me find the name of this book. sorry i dont even remember the characters name.
