I remember reading this book probably about 3-4 years ago and it was part of a series that I'd like to read. This is what I remember from the story:

I believe the girl is let go from her job and that is why she is working at this new place, she has an immediate connection with the CEO, who was either previously engaged or married, but she is currently in a relationship so they agree not to do anything or be together until she's out of the relationship. She bonds immediately with his brother who has some sort of disfigurement or scarring on his face. Their relationship progresses very quickly and they get engaged. She becomes pregnant and he is mad at her and storms out because he thinks that she cheated due to the fact that he thinks that he's sterile because that's what his ex told him. It turns out his ex lied and the couple reconcile.

If anyone can make suggestions as to what book/books series this might be or if they know for sure what book/book series this is from I would be eternally grateful if they let me know. Trying to figure out what book this is has being plaguing me on and off for the last 2 years.
