Wow, you guys! You are doing amazingly for managing to read anything at all with those busy schedules. Winning is nice, but I never do these challenges to win, it's just nice to interact and read on a team :)

Oh don't think like that! Everyone on this team has read so much, in my opinion! I can't see how you could be letting anyone down!
Wow, I think I overdid it with the exclamation marks in my last comment, haha.
Almost all the way caught up with reviews. Still 4 books behind where i want to be for the month, but hey, still chugging along!
We have gathered a crazy amount of points in the last 24 hours!My current read is only 170 pages and then I have three novellas, each under 100 pages that I should be able to finish today, as well. Not much but it will give us a few more points :D
Here's my currents:Fire Study: 602pgs + BR
Truthwitch: 576pgs + BR
Carry On: 701pgs + BR
Lab Girl: 384pgs + BR
Spellcaster: 416pgs
I'm halfway done with Carry On and Spellcaster. Just started Lab Girl, Fire Study, and Truthwitch.

haha, kinda. Carry on is the audio book im listening to at home, Spellcaster is the audio i'm listening to while im at work. Lab Girl is my real book i read waiting for the kid i carpool with since he gets out 30mins after me. Then i either read Fire Study or Truthwitch while i eat lunch at work. I have a weird system, but hey it works :D

*sigh* this girl at work is giving me crazy issues. on friday she had 4hrs where she was off task, basically means she wasn't doing anything work related, so i told the other shift manager to address it with her because 2wks ago, she got aggressive towards me and i didn't need her to freak out on me again, when today she freaked out on me for "telling on her". basically threatening me, so i had to email the boss above me about her tonight, and i am dreading coming in tomorrow when he talks to her about it. so long story short, not reading much the past few days because i have that stress going on, and i started a carpool with someone and i don't get home as early anymore so i kind just pass out when i get home.
and to top it all off, i took Monday off to just read, and they called mandatory overtime for next week. so i have friday and saturday off, have to work sunday night, then have monday night off.
#stressed.
Oh, Brooke! Poor you. That sounds super stressful :( what a horrible girl you work with! Don't stress about reading, we all completely understand and that's the last thing you need to stress about on top of everything else!

No problem :) I have been reading but I'm at my boyfriend's and I left my laptop at home so I'll update my reviews and add them into the thread on the weekend :)
Sorry I haven't been reviewing as much as I said I would. School has been very stressful for me so I only was able to accomplish one review. I'm not giving up, though. I'm almost done with the second book I've been reading and will try to put up another review soon. I also will be reading another book for a book report I have to do and since that one is shorter than the one I'm currently reading it should be up pretty fast. Sorry about that guys.
Correction: I have to read two books for my book report this week. Sigh, great. Well, at least my review for the first one will be up soon. ☺️

is there like a pact going on? no one will buddy read with me. ive posted a few times the past 2wks and i had one person say they would BR with me. im becoming paranoid. :/
No one responds to me either, most of my BRs this month, i piggybacked on them since no one will even acknowledge me on the Wanted thread! its really rubbing me wrong.
I have a review I need to write but I've been so busy with school I haven't gotten around to it yet. That happens to me too sometimes, Brooke. I usually end up joining someone else's buddy read instead.
Yah next months challenge kinda makes you ask the group instead but my group isnt very talkative. :((((( and i checked the other serious groups and none had the same categories, ill check more throughly later thou. all my reading doesnt really help if someone is BRing every book while i get shunned.
it can get pretty fast paced, like hangman fast paced, its fun :)

ugh. we gained almost 100pts overnight and still in 3rd. i kinda wanna say eff sleep and just read today!
No way!! I felt sure that this would push us into at least second place. At least we have closed the gap. I have two books to upload, and one is a BR, and should be finished with my current read by tonight.
I'm getting super mad at myself. I have a few reviews to do and a few books i can finish before the end, but i am not going to meet the goal i set this month (which i already set lower than normal) and i feel like i won't even be in the top 3 this month. I feel horrible. I didn't read for a week! WTH is wrong with me. I know i was on a business trip til the 12th so that hindered me, but my focus slipped i guess. Sorry for the rant, just needed to express my anger towards myself, our team did super awesome.
Don't be so hard on yourself, Brooke. You have done amazingly and read more than anyone else in this group! I can't imagine how it is physically possible for you to read anymore, haha!Sidenote, I'm hoping to have 2 books (both BR) read today and 3 tomorrow. I have work both days so fingers crossed...

So i wont be able to read Never Fade, i left the book "open" on my work computer and it wont let me read it on two "devices". i dont work again til Monday. this week is really pushing me.
