Yah, i have crazy sleep patterns and being in a hotel for 3wks messes me up, plus im on a completely different work schedule during that time which is throwing me too. only 4 more nights til im home!

I did a just for fun team for the October challenge last year, and even when i'm in a slump, the team was too slow for me :/ so i did serious again, but i know i'll bounce back after a few weeks back at home!

Yeah I'm reading slower as well. It's my final year of high school so I've been dealing with my 3 hardest subjects in the same semester (calc, bio, chem) when there's only 4 classes in a semester at my school. I've also been looking into university tours and that stuff. I'm honestly not sure if I'll be able to make the 12 books, but I'll definitely get to 10/11. Hopefully I can make it up to you guys by doing a few long buddy reads - I'm going to do Morning Star which is 500 pages and I'm currently doing Ready Player One which I'm sure has editions in the 400s or 500s.

7 classes sounds crazy! I always think about how busy it sounds whenever I read about an American high school. So did you have 14 classes a year then?

Eh depends. Like the core classes (math, english, history, science) stayed the same both semesters, you would change times and maybe teachers thou, but we had like art classes that was only for one semester so you would have to pick something else for the next one.

That system sounds interesting. For us it's 8 completely different courses, and for grade 12 you're only required to take English and Religion (since I go to a Catholic school) and then the rest you can choose as long as you end up with all the grad requirements.

This is the diploma i went for.





So you have to take those exact classes and you really only get 6 where you can pick something, but even then it's limited.
