Updated Author Resources Spreadsheet!

The Author Resources spreadsheet has been updated with the following new content:

* 104 new book blogger entries, including book blogger directories/listings
* 6 new advice for author entries, including links to the largest Kindle-specific forum and advice on services to be wary of

Guidelines for Referencing Resources in Posts
When you reference a resource in a post, it would be helpful, if the following guidelines were followed:

* It's preferrable to use only the URL of a service because then you can click on it directly in the spreadsheet.
* For the URL of a service, don't include the following because it makes alphabetizing them in the spreadsheet easier:

 http://
 https://
 www.

Wow, thanks, Alex. I will add my comments later, as I've been steadily working my way through The Book Review Directory's list for fantasy and some of those names are on there.
