Eunice | 666 comments Then spelling it is?

message 604: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments What are we spelling again? I'm currently reading an O book.

message 605: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments Hurghada I think

message 606: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments I'm reading an R book now.

Roger - president of NBR United - (roger_presidentofnbrunited) | 612 comments I got and H Book that I will be starting tonight. The Burnt Toast B&B by Heidi Belleau looking at Characters could also work for G or D or R

message 608: by Brandy (new)

Brandy (thebacklist) | 167 comments Lol, sorry for not voting. I thought I had!

message 609: by Eunice (last edited May 26, 2017 05:18PM) (new)

Eunice | 666 comments I already set up and updated the spreadsheet for it.

message 610: by Sam (new)

message 611: by Lexi (new)

Lexi | 4262 comments Sam, I added your book.

Eunice, thank you for setting up the spreadsheet.

message 612: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments No problem! :)

message 613: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments I am almost finished with a book and then my next one is a U if we still need that.

message 614: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments I don't have anything right now that would fit.

message 615: by Brandy (new)

Brandy (thebacklist) | 167 comments Finished Heart-Shaped Box. Updated in spreadsheet

message 616: by Melissa (ladybug) (last edited Jun 03, 2017 11:48AM) (new)

Melissa (ladybug) | 1048 comments Eunice wrote: "I don't have anything right now that would fit."

Eunice, if you want I can take the U. You have a book you read that would work with the D. :)
(To Charm A Bluestocking by Renée Dahlia)

Melissa (ladybug) | 1048 comments Completion post: updated the spreadsheet

Letter "U"
The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead

Roger - president of NBR United - (roger_presidentofnbrunited) | 612 comments If we put the book that Melissa said Eunice read that work for the D we will be finished

message 619: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments I forgot about that. Okay then.

message 620: by Lexi (new)

Lexi | 4262 comments Just waiting for Brandy to finish hers and we got it. Good job everyone. Do we want to spell out the next one or detour.

It is: Read a book where the author's first name is one of the top 100 female names in Germany according to nameberry (http://nameberry.com/popular_names/Ge...)

I like the name ones.

message 621: by Susan A (new)

Susan A | 461 comments I can do the names

message 622: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments I like the detour.

message 623: by Brandy (new)

Brandy (thebacklist) | 167 comments I finished my book today. Sorry, I should have mentioned I only had a little of it left.
The Girl with All the Gifts by M.R. Carey
The Girl with All the Gifts
Spreadsheet is updated for mine.

I am sure I can find something for the detour.

message 624: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments We can't do slight variations of names, right? Like, I can use Meghan insteaad of Megan.

message 625: by Melissa (ladybug) (new)

Melissa (ladybug) | 1048 comments I vote for detour. I also think we could do variations. They are the same but spelled different?

message 626: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments I can probably do detour, but the next few books I am due to read don't fit the detour. I'll try to find a quick one and squeeze it in.

message 627: by Susan A (new)

Susan A | 461 comments Current team Votes
Xelly - detour
Melissa (ladybug) - detour
Eunice - detour,
Brandy - detour
Sam - detour prob ok
Susan A - either

Roger - did not vote

Are we going ahead with detour?

message 628: by Susan A (new)

Susan A | 461 comments Isn't it strange that the detour for a Russian town is German names?

message 630: by Roger - president of NBR United - (last edited Jun 10, 2017 09:36AM) (new)

Roger - president of NBR United - (roger_presidentofnbrunited) | 612 comments I got my book read already for the detour
#66 Lucy

Grounding Griffin by Lucy Lennox
Started 6/8/17
Finished 6/9/17

message 631: by Susan A (last edited Jun 12, 2017 07:02PM) (new)

Susan A | 461 comments I made the worksheet for the detour.

I added Roger's book and mine as well.

I did not do anything to the points spreadsheet

message 632: by Brandy (new)

Brandy (thebacklist) | 167 comments My detour book is finally finished. #32 Sarah

Ravensbrück: Life and Death in Hitler's Concentration Camp for Women
Finished: 6-16-17

I don't remember when I started this one. It's been a few weeks.

message 633: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments I'm still trying to find a book. None of my current reads' authors names are within the first 100 of the list. I'll keep trying.

message 634: by Melissa (ladybug) (new)

Melissa (ladybug) | 1048 comments I am reading The Other Einstein by Marie Benedict for the detour. I just started it though and have been swamped at work. So, haven't been able to read as much lately.

message 635: by Lexi (new)

Lexi | 4262 comments I added mine and will be away for the next 12 days on vacation. Thanks Susan for making the sheet.

message 636: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments Sorry, I've been busy in school and I still have a few books in line for some team challenges I'm in.

message 637: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments Finished Real Sexy by Meghan March. I'll just add it to the spreadsheet.

message 638: by Lexi (new)

Lexi | 4262 comments Hey all,

I'm back from vacation. I added Brandy to the spread sheet.

Eunice, it is supposed to be the top 100 and you picked one in the 400s. You had read a book recently by a Sara so I added it instead.

We are just waiting on Melissa and can move on at that point or wait for Sam if Sam wants.

message 639: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments Xelly wrote: "Hey all,

I hope you had a great vacation. I am having a lot of trouble with this one so if you get enough without me, just skip me for this detour and I'll help with the next spellout. Baseball season has cut into my reading time and all the books I've read either aren't on the list or aren't in the top 100.

Roger - president of NBR United - (roger_presidentofnbrunited) | 612 comments we hear from Melissa yet?

message 641: by Melissa (ladybug) (new)

Melissa (ladybug) | 1048 comments Mine is posted on the worksheet

message 642: by Eunice (new)

Oh, thanks Xelly.

Roger - president of NBR United - (roger_presidentofnbrunited) | 612 comments I like spelling for the next two even though I could probably do detour for the first one.

message 644: by Susan A (new)

Susan A | 461 comments I'm with Roger - I'd rather spell the next two. I can do the detour for stop 7 if needed. I'm not exactly sure wht the stop 8 detour means, but if it is a book from 2007, I'm a no for sure on that one.

message 645: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments I'm ok with spell-out

message 646: by Brandy (new)

Brandy (thebacklist) | 167 comments Spell it out is fine with me.

message 647: by Lexi (new)

Lexi | 4262 comments I'm good with spell it out or whatever works best.

message 648: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments I like spellouts.

message 649: by Eunice (new)

Eunice | 666 comments Spellout it is. I already set up the spreadsheet.

message 650: by Sam (new)

Sam | 1663 comments What are we spelling again?
