Some information before we begin: Kindle and ebook are considered different formats in the Goodreads catalog. Kindle editions have ASIN identifiers and are sold only on Amazon; ebooks have ISBN identifiers and are sold by vendors other than Amazon.
There were two editions of this book already in the Goodreads catalog. One of them did not have the periods after the initials in your name and so was not showing on your author profile. I fixed that, moving the book to your profile.
Both were Kindle editions, one correctly identified with an ASIN and the other incorrectly added with ISBN. When the Amazon import bot did not find an ASIN listing, it created a new listing—thereby creating the duplicate. That new (duplicate) listing has an updated cover different from the original listing.
Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have. Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition. See Author FAQ and Adding an alternate-cover edition.
I corrected the duplicate entry so that it is now the new alternate-cover edition: Reconcilable Differences
The publication date for the original edition had been changed to August 2016; I reverted that change.
As the author, you can change which edition of the book is the default—that is, the one that comes up in searches by title and shows on your author profile. Here's how to do that: How to set the default edition.
It looks like the final published version is connected alright now, but the default cover image is still the pre-published version even tho I set it to the default edition. I think. Can you switch this to the pink one with the umbrella please, so it matches the Amazon listing? The original cover was never actually published so I'm not sure how to handle this. Thank you.

Kate is a survivor.
Fifteen years after her breakdown, Kate has built a successful career as a family mediator, specializing in couple’s reconciliation. In fact, she’s about to receive a prestigious award for her accomplishments.
Her latest mediation brings together a young couple on the brink of divorce, and only Kate’s expertise and sensitivity can save them. It also, unexpectedly, reconnects her with former lover Simon Sharpe, who represents the high and the low points of her life, uncomfortably forcing her to revisit her difficult and painful past.
Still haunted by her unrequited love, Simon’s reemergence in Kate’s life exhumes memories of trauma and heartbreak, along with unwanted feelings of insecurity and self-doubt she believed were long resolved. As Simon and Kate steer their feuding, secretive clients towards reconciliation and navigate their confusing past, their own relationship reignites and takes them on an unexpected path.
