What if same book, very popular, has i.e. 14 editions? But everything remains the same, including cover, contents... They publish, they sell, and next year they publish 2nd edition, and so on. May I add another edition of the same book? Because publishing date is the only different thing here.

There has to be some difference, or it's probably a second printing, not a second edition. If it's really a second (or more) edition, there will be a new ISBN or ASIN, different page numbers, etc. Something will have changed.
That said, yes, if they really are new editions, you can keep adding them. For instance it's a "thing" currently for authors to pull their books off Amazon and republish with a different ASIN, resulting in a couple of dozen editions that are otherwise identical, perhaps that's the kind of thing you're seeing.
Oh, there's the problem. In my language we use the word which means "edition". And if there is some change, it says something like "2nd changed edition". So, what you are saying, if it is just a print, that means it is not a new edition, so I shouldn't add it. But if there is some change (i.e. page numbers, pictures, text...) I can add it as another edition? If I got this right, thanks very much. You and Google helped me to understand this :)
