Really? I've noticed a heck of a lot of Fantasy! I'm writing a fantasy series now but that's only because i had an idea in mind; i had no idea how common the genre really was!

Yes, yes I have! On both of those science fiction and fantasy. This group will draw out the other romance authors hiding out on Goodreads to come out of those shadows into the beautiful romancey sunshine! (❛‿❛✿̶̥̥)

And about the Sci-fi bit, yes, I see a lot of that and fantasy. I feel like a little minnow among big fish in other groups. But they are all such nice people that it makes it okay:) It's nice to connect to other amazing romance authors.

Agreed! Which is why I always scrape it off. Yet, I can't make a cake without it. I'm not a cream cheese fan. *backs away slowly* Don't hold it against me:)

It's my dad's birthday in a couple of weeks and I have already planned what cake I'm baking (cos I'm the official family cake maker) and I'm making chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache, with chocolate covered liquorice to decorate on top, haven't made ganache in ages so can't wait!
Sounds delicious! I've never had anything like that or made ganache. You are the official baker here:)

Fantasy seems to be all there is anywhere now. I was lurking in the YA section at the library to see what the cool thing was and everything was fantasy. POOR ME I DON'T WRITE FANTASY. (yet)On an unrelated/related note, I sometimes like to spend my time on Deviantart. There is nothing but MyLittlePony there, so I guess I can't complain about GR.

Seriously, though, I've noticed TONS and TONS of sci-fi authors. Like a crazy amount compared to other genres. Or am I just being paranoid of other species...? LMAO!!
