It's been found it was Beautiful Outlaw by Emily Minton
The Prez looks after his sister when he gets together with his old lady they find a boy hiding in a building on the compound p, the boys mum was a hanger on so they take him in. At the end of the one I'm thinking of the boy now a man and MC member is with the Prez's sister who is pregnant they are all at a barbecue and one of the club girls is there, the Prez's old lady is annoyed because th guys is always cheating on her sister in law and she wants the Prez to say something but he says he can't unless his sister asks him to. It ends with the heavily pregnant girl going in the house and Th percent hus and follows her later.
