Muggle Studies, because I think I could make it really interesting and because I can just imagine the looks on the faces of the purebloods when they're discovering things about the muggle world that they didn't know about.

If not that, then I would teach Care of Magical Creatures because I share Hagrid's love of creatures but I would probably just act as Hagrid's teaching assistant because I wouldn't want to take his job and I would love to work with him.

I majored in History so that's a thing I love and I play Roller Derby currently and was actually on my college Quidditch team so there's that.

As to Herbology, that's because I love taking care of plants and watching them grow (or die, sometimes, in my case. XD)
