I would get a serie burnout :D"I actually just picked up book 5 and plan to read it too now. But then again, I read a TON of books ALL the time... I am actually on pace to read 1,000 books this year...

Oh, I admitted I have a problem a LONG time ago... like in grade school! LOL... then I became an English teacher, preferring to teach Lit... Now, I am disabled, and my book addiction keeps me from going crazy.
Did finish book 5 in the Sister Witches series! Loved it! Now I only have the short story to read, but that will have to wait until next month as I have finished buying books for this month... Now on to last month's Serial Reader challenge books, which I STILL have to read...
I have finished both Ruddy Gore and Urn Burial. I really enjoy the Phryne Fisher book. I really enjoy this group, I am seeing several series that interest me.
I have finished my second September book
and I love Rebecca Michéles Cornwall Mysteries. Last week the sixth part
were published and it took only one day read. Great from the first to the last page! I'm so sorry this was the last book :(So I read three books or the September Challenge and finished this serie.
Just finished reading
The Case Is Closed by Patricia Wentworth. This completes my challenge this month.Another enjoyable Miss Silver Mystery. Miss Silver may be the first professional detective in mystery fiction.
I've read the first one in my challenge: A Scone to Die for, and I've liked it, but I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't aware of a triangle in a near future :-(
I've finished my second challenge book for the month. Crewel Yule by Monica Ferris. This one was in a different setting, and had several suspects and at least one red herring. Another enjoyable read, with bonus cross stitch chart.
I finished my 2nd book for the serial challenge in the Jaine Austen series by Laura Levine. Just in the nick of time!
I've read the second one in my series Tea with Milk and Murder, and I've enjoyed it too (but triangle....) I think I'll continue reading the series, thank you for choosing it for me.

Oddly, Miss Silver has not yet appeared in this novel. This was a not uncommon approach back when these books were written. There are Agatha Christie novels were Poirot in particular doesn't show up early on.
