Duplicate record

Hi! I inadvertently created a duplicate record for the above book. I guess not entirely inadvertently, as I realized the mistake before I pushed the create book button, but went ahead and did it anyway. There is a record for The Underground Game by Francoise Mallet-Joris, ISBN 0525225870. The publisher is listed as Penguin, while the publisher of my edition is E P Dutton & Co. The summary is in Finnish, even though the edition is English. In the record I created, I transcribed the summary from the dust jacket and added a picture of the book. The ISBN is the same, so I realize the original record must be the same edition. I have subsequently learned that E P Dutton has been bought by Penguin, but when the book was published, E P Dutton was its own publishing house. Is there any way to combine the two records? I think a Finnish summary on an English book doesn't make a lot of sense. I also don't know the rules about publishing info - shouldn't the information on the title page and verso stand?
