ABANDONED. YA book with a surf shop and romantic interest named Logan

Can anyone help me find this book? I can't remember a lot about the plot, however I remember that this girl & guy meet and then fall in love (of course, just like every other YA book), and the guy is really rich and tries winning the girl over. The girl (who's name I can't remember) worked at a surf shop that was owned by an older couple & it's also the place she runs into Logan (the guy) a lot. I also remember that the shop got broken into, and I think the girl also was getting followed when she went out on runs (even though Logan and her housemate both told her not to run alone and with headphones in). But like I said, I can't really remember a lot of the story line, or the name of the book. If anyone could help me that would be great!!
