SOLVED. Medieval Romance (?) Heroine has visions of the future. [s]

If I'm not mistaken it is a medieval romance with knights and such. The heroine can see the future. there was this scene wherein the hero locked up the heroine in a tower (?), she was pregnant at this stage.

Unbeknowst to the heroine, while asleep in the tower the hero goes inside to just hold her and look at her, then goes out of the tower before the heroine wakes up.

While at the tower, the heroine had a vision that someone will try to kill the hero, so she escaped from the tower and run to the bailey to tell the hero about the plot.

This puts her in danger and was so close of being run over by the horse of the killer. But before that happens a friend of the hero puts an arrow through the eye of the killer.

-That's all I can remember I hope someone can help me out. I really want to read the book again.

It might be one of the books by Elizabeth Elliott. There are three that I remember reading Warlord, Scoundrel, and Betrothed. That's what popped into my head right away. But then I was second guessing myself and thinking maybe it was a Julie Garwood book. Hopefully the Elizabeth Elliott book rings a bell.
