Okay! What about Quidditch? I know we have a Quidditch pitch, but wondered if you wanted a specific topic and thread devoted to the teams and the actual game play?

Okay that makes it easier. We also could have the teachers just pm you all the points they gave out? Btw I got the Quidditch stuff taken care of.
I thought of something.One thing we should definitely do is create a calendar.
On it when can put the start and end date of each term, when it's year switching time (if we're doing that), Quidditch matches, special events, etc.
That way it's easy for members to know when stuff is happening.
Okay I can create the calendar. You said in one topic I think we are going to have 3 month terms. I'm thinking we can start on September 1st. That would have us going-
September 1st-November 30th
December 1st-February 28th
March 1st-May 31st
June 1st-August 20th (a little bit shorter)
August 21st-31st would be summer break.
If you agree with that, I'll go ahead and do that. We can add Quidditch and stuff later once we have more players.

Okay- do you think I could send out a pm with info on the pumpkin festival? Like how to RP it and such? For the festival I was thinking we could have a whole folder about it. It's topics would include-
-Dinner
-Muggle Grown Pumpkins
-Magical Grown Pumpkins
Okay- One thing I was thinking you should include in the message is this-
When your roleplaying in the contest categories, please roleplay your character entering the contest with a description of their pumpkin including-
The height
The weight
The diameter
The shape
If in the magical grown category-
What enchantment you used to grow it
That way you can tell you won each category
