What is the difference between a criminal-enterprise murder and a personal-cause murder?

Just off the top of my head, criminal-enterprise would be a murder committed to some sort of profit, like murder-for-hire, murder-for-insurance. Personal-cause would be because you were angry, jealous, wanted revenge etc.
