merging/combining multiple editions

Hi there,

I need some help. It appears an anthology I'm a part of has been added multiple times (5 authors). Would it be possible to have all these entries combined into 1, so all the reviews/ratings will be in the same place? Preferably with the first listed below being the main one?

Combined the Kindle edition (with ASIN) and the ebook edition (with isbn). These are both valid editions.
Merged (= deleted) the two empty duplicate editions.
