Q&A with August 2016 Authors!!

Hi Sherida, I'm able to give three ideas of different cover scenes and the art department works with that. Matchmaker's Match was such an amazing cover that I thought it would be fun to have a heroine smiling behind a book. :-) But the art department really outdid itself and brought the cover to life. I was so pleased with their work!!! Lady Elizabeth has her moments...:-)

Paula, oh yes, lots of research! I'm always concerned that I'll miss something too. But it was fascinating.

Hi Melinda...plotting is not my strong suit.:-) My characters come to me but their story always needs refining. I knew Lady Elizabeth was so guarded and introverted that she'd need someone who could bring her out of her she'll. That was Miles, because she's known him since childhood.

I did disable her right at the start. its more I like chrome and cant use it but some things just don't work well in windows edge. My other bigger issue is the power cord which is dying.

I'm not sure...usually one thing might branch off into a million different ideas. In this case, I was dealing with acne rosacea and I'm so vain!! So I was telling myself to stop being so vain. What if I had a birthmark on my face? Something that would always be with me, no matter what? I would still aspire to be happy and feel beautiful. Well, then all of a sudden, Elizabeth showed up in my head!!! :-)
