Reds vs Silvers- YES, I'm talking about blood type... Another YA dystopian book that I couldn't resist...

Ah, I really liked this one. I just checked out The Sellout to continue my Man Booker long list reading.

Britany | 822 comments Finished The Invisible Life of Ivan Isaenko by Scott Stambach by Scott Stambach- 3 Stars.

Deformed boy in a home for gravely ill children meets a beautiful girl with leukemia. So much STUFF, but ultimately just didn't love it.

Books_Steve | 1 comments August - I have just finished Dickens' Martin Chuzzlewit. A long read. Now I've started Graham Greene's The End of the Affair, which I have in a lovely Centennial edition cover that I recommend. It looks a short read so then I'll move onto GK Chesterton's The Complete Collection of Father Brown stories.

Started two new audios today. In the car is Rocket Men The Epic Story of the First Men on the Moon by Craig Nelson Rocket Men: The Epic Story of the First Men on the Moon which was picked for a driving trip with Husband, only we didn't listen to it. On my iPad is Keep Me Posted by Lisa Beazley Keep Me Posted because I read about this book in the newspaper for my hometown and the author is from there, too.

I just finished. A wonderful book! I fell in love with the main character Perdu. Its a book about love mostly. Love for books, for people in the present and the ones we lost, for France. And love within. It was a charming book.

Ooh, I'm moving this one up on my TBR! I've been eyeing it for a while. What did you think of Harold and Queenie? I LOVED the Harold Fry book but Queenie made me want to punch her on a routine basis! I did love the writing and the rest of the hospice characters though, so it sort of averaged out.
