Help finding a book?

I saw it in a book store years ago during the "vampire craze." It was a bind up of short stories featuring paranormal romance.

The cover was black with a woman on the right side. She was very pale and had short, curly black hair. The book was pretty thick and there was one story I vaguely remember:

It had a male''s POV and he was constantly described as having noticeable blonde hair and the girl he fell in love with was someone he didn't expect. He said something along the lines of "preferred the girls in bunny costumes" or smt like that.

Anyways, I never got to finish this book and would appreciate it if any of you might be able to help me find this title?
