This is another hidden gem among the freebies on Amazon, iBooks, and Kobo. The plot isn't anything destined for greatness and it certainly isn't going to leave you pondering over flowery prose, but it will take you on a wild crash course as clean living, stand up bush pilot Tom Stokes collides with Dale Knight, a heroine addict in deep trouble over a "deal gone bad".
Some reviews have said this is the perfect book for fans of Breaking Bad and I couldn't agree more! Of course that means it is adult material with graphic violence, shocking language, and drug use.

Match Me If You Can by Susan Elizabeth Phillips |★★★★★| Aug 6
I can't get enough of this series! Any book that includes Phoebe and Dan along with their extended family becomes an instant favorite. I really enjoyed Annabelle and Heath's story, but what melted my heart was Heath's participation at the Princess party with all those little girls. I love, love, LOVED it!
I may be the last person on the planet to discover the Chicago Stars series, but if I'm not, these are must reads for romance fans. And get the audio from the library if you can Trust me. You won't regret it!

You are definitely not the last person to discover this series. I still have this one to read. I actually started with
, which I loved, and realized I needed to go back and read the rest. I'm thrilled she has a new book in the series coming out this year.

The last two books were so great it was hard to put them down once I began reading! I'm looking forward to Mean Joe Greene's story, the last book in the series, then I'll go back and catch up on the Bodyguards series. I'm going to miss these guys, but I think they make a few appearances in The Bodyguard, or maybe in the sequel series, One-Eyed Jacks.
Becky--great job! It sounds like it was a pleasure to complete this challenge with such great reading.
