SOLVED. Romance book where the woman is held captive in basement tied/ductaped to a water pipe while her man walks above her looking for her [s]

Adult/Romance book, a funny romantic book with some sexy scenes (I think) don't remember much else besides her being held captive in her own basement while he walks "above" her in her living room looking for her. They had a fight or something and she planned on running away (to go on vacation or actually move away I'm not sure). While he is walking above her and the man holding her captive threatens to hurt her man if she makes a sound. She is left alive and alone tied or duct taped to a water pipe. If I remember all that correctly. This is just a small part of the book. This is the whole story line of the book.

I read it as an ebook. Somewhere last year or the year before but it can be an older book.

There is a scene in Rock Chick Revenge where Ava, the h is taken to the basement of her house and tied up while the H, Luke looks for her. Maybe it's this one..

Stupid of me really because I was rereading the Dream Man series just last week.... The scene popped in my head and I had a complete brain fart about the rest of the book and no matter how many different ways I looked it up on google I couldn't find it.
