These pairs are incomplete:5. Jennifer C. picks for Jodi
7. ilovebakedgoods (Teresa) picks for Joeera
26. Joeera picks for Susan A.
I sent PM's to Jennifer C and Joeera since I saw a question to Joeera from ilovebakedgoods (Teresa).

Afterlighr trilogy
Night Huntress trilogy
Hush Hush trilogy"
For Joeera
I'm not familiar with any of these and there aren't any links to them so I'm just going to pick the one that has the name I like the most -- Night Huntress Trilogy.

She has her list posted now. It wasn't there when I checked yesterday and I just refreshed page 1 and saw that it's there now.

I didn't see it either. We now only have 2 pairs for this challenge that aren't complete.
Ladies --These two pairs are still outstanding.
5. Jennifer C. picks for Jodi
26. Joeera picks for Susan A.
If Jodi and/or Susan A. are agreeable you can select for each other. Let me know if you are going to choose for each other or wait for Jennifer C & Joeera. Thanks

Since Susan A has a pick now, I can wait for Jennifer C. I think the cutoff is 5/28, if we don't hear from her by then, someone can pick for me.:)

Don't want you to miss your reading time. I was told today that Jennifer C. is out of town, I don't know when she will be back. Someone can pick for you now if you like

Jodi ~ I choose The O'Leary's for you. Enjoy!
I know I'm late. I didn't see the email. Too much real life the last couple weeks. Can I still play?

I'm sorry Mandy, June is closed already. All pairs are chosen. This challenge and it's sister challenge (Dusty books) both have books selected by the 3rd week of the month for the following month. (i.e. all books and late entries were completed by yesterday to participate for June.)

Mandy ~ If you post your books, I'll pick for you on both threads.

Sorry Mandy. June is closed as Pat/Pepperpot posted.
If you need me to send you a reminder pm for July, I would be happy to do so.

       Apologies
I wanted to apologize to all the participants in the challenge. I have returned from my anniversary vacay and I received a number of pm's from you.
1) First, I'd like to thank Pat/Pepperpot for overseeing the challenge while I was gone. I appreciate you.
2) I am sorry that I didn't plan properly to anticipate my departure, and thus ended up rushing you all with the bookshelves & pairs.
3) I am also sorry that many of you felt rushed to pick for your person even though you are still within the period of picking. Some people had communicated that they were leaving out of town and wanted to know their books, but I should have adjusted the time-frame better for that.
4) For those who missed the deadline for posting their shelves, I will send pm's next month for reminders.
I am sorry my actions hurt your feelings and I will try to be much better next month.

I for one......Like the short posting and picking period......Then I know what series I can't touch till next month....:)And I think you doing an excellent job Ezi !!!!!!!!
If I miss mine or read it too early, I just take it up with my partner of the month. Life gets in the way for all of us from time to time
& YW
Ezi, I hope you had a great trip. You are doing a great job!Jennifer C. I think yours was a great solution. We all get busy with life and I can never remember when the deadlines are and I would be very sad if I missed the challenge picks. Though you may not know, since I struggle to finish my 2 books each month. :D
Ezi - hope your anniversary weekend/vacation was wonderful!!I'm with Sue - I like knowing early what I will be reading so I can plan accordingly - granted I have been known to squeeze a book in the month before if I still have several from that series to read :)
She closed last week... Sorry Mary. I think Ezi is planning on sending reminders next month. Hope that helps.

Mary: Harry Dresden's Love Slave wrote: "The end of the month caught up to me. Is it too late for me to post my June list?"Mandy at message 116 missed the date to post for June also. Maybe you guys can PM each other even though the 'official' list has closed.
Since our goal is to finish series, these unofficial "hook ups" would still work. Ezi and company have to cut off the official list so they can post it and track it, but we can do any latecomers on the fly, so no one feels turned away.I'm always late for everything, so I am very compassionate toward tardy people. And GRs folks have always been so welcoming and helpful with me.
I think that I will just skip June. Having a garage sale with a friend at the end of the month and I want to read up some books to add to that. Maybe I will make June stand alone,non-fiction or anthology month since I have lot of those in print. I remember the challenge in that I plan the series books into my reading plan for the month but I forget all about the threads.
HayleyFinished the next book in the Colorado Mountain Men series
Pretty typical KA, though not as long as usual. But a fun book to read! Looking forward to the next one!

This one wasn't one of my faves. Really enjoyed Kaleidoscope though :)
JoeeraI finished the series Up to Trouble

I'll rate this series 3 stars. I really did enjoy it, but the books are rather short and simple, just not enough to them to warrant 4 stars I think. The author has left this open enough that there could be more to the series. I would definitely continue the series if he adds to it.
Thanks for this pick and thanks to our hostess Ezinwanyi~still loves Spartacus for your efforts in running this challenge.
QUESTIONIn the Zombie Gentlemen Series I read books 6,7,8. Can I use this series, books 1-5, for next month?
I finished my first book for the month picked by ~Melissa~
The Next Accident: A Novel by Lisa Gardner (Quincy & Rainie #3) ✔excellent read from a terrific series. A nice blend of romance and mystery.
I am going to be out of town from Sunday 15th until 22nd. Can I post my list early? If you don't want to open the thread early, here are my series for July.
Or here they are...(view spoiler)["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

Good job, everyone. I just read one book in my series and plan to listen to the next in a couple of days

I read all 3 of my picks

The first and 2nd I loved...but the 3rd, not a bad story for a novella but a terrible ending to a series I love....it left so many ends open.....:(

I tried to warn you. I don't know why she added that crappy Into the Dreaming. It didn't even tie in properly like the other books.
but it was the opening for her Fever series

I finished the next two books of my series and have one more definitely planned and hopefully another for 4 this month.

I am so scared of that series. It's just so daunting to read a series with a gazillion books

Gea, I loved the McCabe Trilogy. I think Maya Banks should stick with the HR stuff and leave the erotic attempts alone
