She smiled and helped him out a bit. When they were done she headed out. he sat down and scanned a menu.
He got Ryder ready with Skylar's help and then dressed a little nicer before heading out to the car with them She looked at the menu and saw a few things she could actually read
They stopped by and got some toys for the baby before heading on to the hour long ride.he ordered for them once they decided.
He drove them listening to Ryder talk about who knows what She close her menu as he ordered for them hiding a yawn behind her hand
She replied to Ryder whenever he spoke to her. he smiled and leaned back.
He talked with Ryder some when he was talking to his dad but couldn't look back at Ry when he asked him too.She sighed softly and sat back in her seat
She got out of the car once they stopped at the house. he looked over at her, wondering what to say.
He looked over at her," Go say hi to your sister I'll get Ry." He told her She wasn't looking at him but looking around the little place they had found
"Okay!" she said and walked in and greeted the family. he looked around. It was kind of cozy and warm with people.
He smiled at her and picked Ryder up closing the doors before going up to say hello to his sister and brother in lawShe smiled a little seeing how cute the place was
Skylar smiled at her sister Addison as she greeted Michael and Ryder. "Michael, so good to see you. And Ryder! My gosh, you have grown so much! Come to your aunty Addi." she said picking him up. Her brother in law Andrew brought in baby Liam. he looked back at her and then their stuff came.
Michael smiled at her," Hey Addi." He said letting her take Ryder from him. He looked over at Andrew and baby Liam," And there's the person of the day." He said grinning a littleShe looked back over at him as their food came
Skylar took Liam in her arms. "He's just beautiful!" she showed him to Ryder. "Look Ryder, it's your cousin."he started on it almost immediately.
Ryder looked at the baby In his mom's arms," He wittle mama." He said looking up at his AuntShe started eying also
"Yeah, he is." Addison smiled at Ryder, setting him down. Skylar cooed the baby and then gave it back to Andrew. he ate his price of cake and sipped his coffee. "This is great."
Michael walked over and stood be side her as Ryder toddled around the house a littleShe nodded," Yes it is very good."
Andrew started small talk with him. "So, how's everything going?" he asked, wondering about work and all. Skylar sat on the other side of the living room with her sister, catching up a little.
he finished soon and leaned back, satisfied.
Michael shrugged a little," Everything is fine for now. I just am going to be deployed again in three weeks so its going to be a little rough on Ryder and Sky." He said She finished also and played with her cup a little
"Aw, no." he smiled a bit shaking his head. "I can imagine." he watched Ryder play by himself. "Must be lonely."he asked for the bill, looking at her and then around again.
He nodded," Yeah it is a little bit and I feel bad for not being around as much as I want to be." She looked around a little
He nodded, understanding. the bill came and he took it
E sighed a little," But this is my last trip.@ he said softlyShe looked over at him as he paid
(hah I'm bored. I need something to happen here. I actually don't know what to write.)he nodded "I see.."
he put some money in it and left a tip.
(I understand.. Sorry my brain is a little scattered at the moment because I'm running on like 5 hours of sleep))Michael watched as Ryder played by himself. He honestly didn't know what life would be like without the silly little boy in front of him
Claire looked over at him," So now what? We try not to get lost on our way back?"

he chuckled "Yeah. Come on. Lets try heading back." he got up.
Michael looked at his son and picked him up," Ry you have to e quiet the baby is sleeping. " he said hugging the small boyShe giggled and got up," well this ought to be fun."
Ryder nodded "Okay!!" he whispered loud enough for everyone to hear. Skylar smiled a bit, watching Ryder before looking back at her sister. he walked out with her, trying to trace their way back to the bus stop. "Remember the bus number?"
Michael chuckled softly," That's better. You don't want to wake up your cousin do you?" He asked snuggling close to Ryder.Claire looked around trying to figure out where they had come from," I think the number was 4."
"Yes!" he said and then moved away from him and ran to Skylar. She picked him up and set him beside her. "Sit still now sweetie.""Hmm, okay." he said and they eventually found their way back.
Michael shook his head a little as he watched Ryder run around. This had been the first day he had spent with them in a long time, She sighed softly once they found their way back to the bus
"Well we're not going to stay too long." she told them. he smirked at her then waited for their bus to come back.
Michael looked over at her," we can stay however long you want to.@ he said She smiled at him as their bus pulled up
"No we should get going now." she said. he got onto the bus
"Alright that's fine too." He replied getting upShe followed after him
She got up with Ryder and said her goodbyes.he found a place for them to sit and sat.
He said goodbye also an reached to take Ryder from Skylar.She smiled a sat down next to him
She smiled and handed him over and then they left for the car. he leaned back against the seat and closed his eyes, sighing.
He smiled a little as the went out to the car.She sighed softly and leaned back on her seat
Skylar wasn't feeling too well, again. She wanted to leave because she didn't want them to know yet. he looked out the window, waiting. He hoped he would have a good time.
Michael looked over at her as he put Ryder in his seat," Are you alright?" He asked softly knowing she didn't say anything to her sisterShe went to looking back at all of the buildings they were passing
She sighed and shrugged, smiling a little "Just the usual... Can't do anything about it."he leaned his head against the window, looking at the places. They came to their stop soon.
He nodded," Oh alright then." he said softlyShe sighed a little and got up when it was their stop
She got into the car and closed her eyes. he quickly got out and made his way back to the hotel.
He looke over t her as he drove away from the house. He frowned a little and reached for her handShe got out and walked to their room with him hiding another yawn
She smiled a bit and took his hand "I'll be okay babe." she murmured. he walked into the bathroom once he got there.
He nodded," Alright." He said softly looking over at her a little but then back at the road.She flopped back into the bed and closed her eyes
Ryder fell asleep again at the back. She sighed and looked at Michael. "do you want me to fix you anything for dinner?"he got out a moment later and got on his own bed.
Michael shrugged a little," You can rest today I can make myself something." He said softlyShe sighed in her sleep having fallen asleep almost as soon as she got onto her bed
She sat down in one of the seats
