Looking for a book I read a while ago!!

I'm looking for a book I read a while ago and it was through Kindle unlimited. It's a trilogy the main character was an accountant and her love interest was a restaurant and hotel owner who is Russian. She was a hurricane Katrina survivor and lost her brother and now lives with her grandfather. The restaurant owner's father found her brother and kidnapped him. The brother is an artist.
