I prefer to work on MS Word using track changes. however I am more than happy to work on hard copy using BSI: 5261 proofreading marks. I am not yet officially qualified and my rates currently reflect that, this does not mean you will be receiving a lesser service.
I will provide you with two copies of your manuscript, one with my changes accepted and one without so that you can see exactly what changes have been made to the spelling and grammar.
I will never change anything in your style or content (other than spellings & slight grammar issues as detailed) and should I find something I believe needs to be altered, I will make a comment to suggest this. All changes will ultimately be your decision.
I have a meticulous eye for detail and although only offering proofreading services, I have noticed editing issues in the past so will also point out any and all inconsistencies found in your work.
