it was amazing
Read from July 11 to 16, 2016
Clyde and Mac are finally getting away from their family and heading off to Mexico! They are almost out of town when the call comes to tell them their flight has been canceled! Hoping to find a quiet getaway they head off to find a haunted hotel tucked away in the woods! Unfortunately half the family is already there and when someone gets murdered and they are snowed in it's up to Mac and Clyde to find the killer! Nothing is ever easy when it comes to murder but add a few psychic relatives and a hotel filled with knitters and things really get out of control! I highly recommend this book and I can't wait to read the next book in this series!
Here is my review of A Fright To The Death by Dawn Eastman

Berry They Hatchet is the 2nd installment in the Cranberry Cove series by Peg Cochran. Berry The Hatchet does stand alone although I highly recommend you read the first in the series. The first in series is excellent and a highly recommend read.
Peg Cochran has written a "definitive cozy mystery series" with Cranberry Cove. The protagonist is smart, independent and a great sleuth. The characters are done to perfection and each adds depth to the story. The mystery is multi-layered and kept this reader guessing until the end. I enjoy how the writing flows to a enjoyable crescendo . The author kept this seasoned mystery reader guessing until the end. The fantastic recipes that are in each book are delightful. Ms. Cochran has included a variety of recipes in this series that please each reader.
The development of the Cranberry Farm is interesting and fun to read about. I adore the small town, the friendships and the small businesses that make up this small town. Its a place you want immediately to visit. This is a perfect cozy series with all the right elements to delight each reader. I look forward to my next visit to Cranberry Cove.

THANK YOU MODERATORS for hosting this amazing day of cozy mystery fun! You guys are the best!!!!!!

I read this one so long ago, I don't even remember when the first time was (but probably soon after it first hit my local library's shelves). But I've never reviewed any of them, just rated them with stars, so this gave me a good excuse. :D
