Karen-Leigh | 32 comments If I'd ever had reason to consider the notion, I'd have been willing to bet that if I walked into a room that held a dead body, the body would have been the first thing I noticed. Leigh Perry's The Skeleton in the Home. That sentence didn't hook me but the next paragraph did when the author wrote The bookshelves had overflowed and slopped books onto the floor, ----that word slopped did it for me.
