Can't remember the name of this book

I can't remember the name of this book and it is driving me crazy. It's a contemporary romance.
It starts with the hero getting drunk and the heroine taking him home to make sure he is ok. The next morning he wakes up and finds her there and is really rude to her asking her to leave because he thinks she is a one night stand.
Sorry I know it's not a lot to go on but any help would be appreciated.
