Can't find this edition in Worldcat, but according to AbeBooks it was published in 1972. Added that, plus page count 184.

This particular edition doesn't have the page number -- there is no ISBN but it is the William & Morrow & Company 1968 edition with the strange cover art of the author's head with all kinds of things growing out of it. It has 184 pages. Thanks for your help.
