SOLVED. Syd Hoff Picture Book - dinosaurs in snow [s]

Hello!

I'm looking for a Syd Hoff dinosaur picture book, but NOT any of the Danny and the Dinosaur books.
This one was about a little boy who goes outside on a snowy day and thinks he sees lots of dinosaurs. When he removes the snow, the objects are, of course, ordinary cars or motorcycles.
I cannot remember the title, and can't seem to find it anywhere! Help, please!

Edit: I am 78% sure this book is illustrated by Syd Hoff. Less so the longer it takes me to find it.

Could it be Dinosaur Day by Liza Donnelly? Not the right illustrator, but the concept sounds similar.
