SOLVED. YA Romance, Girl with Amnesia After a Landslide [s]

I read this book recently, between 2012-2015. I would classify it at a YA romance.

In this book, the main character is a young woman who has amnesia. She can't remember the boyfriend she lives with, but she does keep having dreams about his player ways in college. Her therapist tries to help, but the girl doubts her hippie ways.
The girl also doesn't understand why she'd choose to live in a crappy apartment with thrift store furniture, but her boyfriend assures her that she loved her life before the accident.

Other features of the novel:
A restaurant featuring a butterfly wind chime
A mudslide
A proposal
A father in prison (I think)
The landslide is kept secret until the end of the novel, no one will tell the girl what happened until she remembers herself

Ok, I have to ask--was what he was telling her true or was it a story that he'd made up to try to get her money/protection/help for something? I've seen about 15 different variations on the amnesia thing, some where he really WAS her boyfriend and some where he was an ex who was also a stalker, and some where he was an ex who had realized that he did really love her and wanted her back. So, any of that part of what you remember?

He was actually a good guy.

Her parents were controlling, from what I remember, and her boyfriend was very good to her. They met in college and moved in together after.

He took her on some hike to propose to her, and there was a landslide. She fell, hurt her head, and woke up not remembering him.

Because everything in the girl's parents' house was so pristine, she bought crappy secondhand furniture when she moved in with her boyfriend.
After waking up from her coma, she hated the ugly furniture and wondered why they didn't have something better.
I remember that.

I know you said you'd classify it as YA romance, but most YA books I have read feature a teen as the MC. You said the MCs are out of college. Is it possibly an adult book? Would you classify it as a "romance novel" in the traditional sense, or just a novel with romantic themes? Is it on any of these lists?
