Georgina That was great. I'm going to start reading Titus Groan in October. I'm reading it because it's classic fantasy, I had no idea until now that it was also considered gothic. Now I'm looking forward to it more than ever.

Kirsten  (kmcripn) I love Gothic fiction. Also, there is something known as Southern gothic.

My favorite Southern gothic writers are Carson McCullers and Michael McDowell. Faulkner's story A Rose for Emily is also excellent.

Ha ha this is fantastic. Gothic is my jam so this grabbed my eyeballs.
