That would be great Sha. I'll aim to read 11 and 12 July and August and then would September work for you to read 13?

@AriaI'll join you for warbreaker, BUTT I'll probably drop it halfway through and rant about how sanderson doesn't know how to write. This will be the last chance I'll give this "author". Sorry, all the sanderfans.
I'm going to make a start on reading the Horus Heresy books, starting with the first three at least, if anyone's interested? I've been meaning to get into the 40k world for a long time, so figure why not start now!

Cool, I'll see how far I get and let you know once I've read the first three and see what I think about continuing with them :)
Okay. Don't hesitate to hit me up again....it has been a while since I read the books so I can always use a refresher depending on when you start.

Would anyone be interested in reading The Plot Against America, possibly in July? I know it's not fantasy as such, but as an alternative history novel I thought a few people might be interested.
@Laura and I will be reading Before They Are Hanged (its a middle book so we are not expecting a huge response) and its sequel Last Argument of Kings starting June 1 and July 1, respectively. We won't be going too rapidly. We decided to just revive the old book threads for this iteration since 1. it is just the two of us + 2. we don't want to worsen the thread mushroom crisis, mods just have to retitle the old threads, if even + 3. there are already lots of lovely spoilers just waiting for us to opem.
The old threads are here:

All who want to...come read with us + see you there!

Fab I'll go check out the thread.
Shaitarn wrote: "Would anyone be interested in reading either First Watch or The Magicians within the next few weeks (I was thinking around 9th June-ish)?"I want to read these books! I have them but never get chance to read.
Does anyone feel like reading The Cycle of Fire with me, starting with Stormwarden sometime in June?
Charlie wrote: "Does anyone fancy reading Elric by Michael Moorcock at the start of July?"I have this one Elric of Melniboné. Is it the same? If yes, I'll read it with you.
@shaitarn I’m tempted to read the first watch although I don’t think I’ll be able to do it until later in June I can try for the 9th if I can get through the books I have now
Laura wrote: "Charlie wrote: "Does anyone fancy reading Elric by Michael Moorcock at the start of July?"I have this one Elric of Melniboné. Is it the same? If yes, I'll read it with you."
Yes it's this one! My cover just says Elric, I can't seem to find my cover on GR but looks like the same book! How about 1st July?
Laura wrote: "@Charlie - done. :)"Thanks!
Just to confirm, looking at GR theres dozens of editions of this book. Mine is this one: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... it's just over 400 pages and seems to have many Elric stories in it. Where I think the origionals were all published seperately and are very short. I'm not sure which you have Laura?
Charlie/Laura - The Elric books have been repackaged and reordered several times over the years. UK and US versions tend to put the stories out differently too. Once you get a thread started, I can put up some reading order links. The first story you should tackle is Elric of Melniboné, which should be the start of that omnibus Charlie linked.
